According to the most recent RedC poll conducted for the Business Post, support for the three Government parties has marginally grown despite the contentious decision to lift the restriction on evictions.

Three weeks after the ban's expiration, between Friday, April 21, and Wednesday, April 26, 1,016 adults were questioned for the survey.


According to the data, Fianna Fáil increased by one point to 16%, Fine Gael remained at 22%, and the Green Party increased by one point to 4%.

Meanwhile,Green Party increased by one point to 4%. despite having to defend itself following the conclusion of the Regency trial, which heard testimony from its former councillor and convicted felon Jonathan Dowdall.

It continues to hold the top spot in the survey as the party with the most support.
